The inherited stats from the player to the pet on the necromancer class ignores stat caps.
1. Test cast speed of pet with 75/75 dex in gear.
2. Equip more gear to get overcap dex.
3. Test cast speed of pet again.
Get the bonus the player receives from the gear and not the total value the gear has.

Items with +CON/+DEX/+QUI/+Hit benefits transferred to necromancer pets will use the necromancer's level for the purpose of determining level-based caps.
