Attempting to purchase a porch deed from the market merchant, the item is greyed out. Clicking it anyway produces a window saying you cannot use the item, do you want to purchase it anyway.
1. Buy a Cottage
2. Go to Marketplace and interact with the Merchant there
3. Attempt to purchase a porch deed
Since there are in fact porches (with consignment merchants) existing in house already, it is obviously possible to purchase one. My initial suspicion is that it isn't available on Cottages for some reason, there is no basis for that however. All documentation says the porch is available for all house types.
Strangely, it WILL let me purchase a consignment merchant...without a porch.
Windows 10 refuses to take a screenshot of the DAoC window. Gyazo will not take a screenshot of the window either. They both just snap the desktop under the window instead.
