2666: The Empty Mind RA is giving the incorrect resist bonus

Description

The Empty Mind realm ability tooltip says +10% bonus to all spell resists per level of this ability, it is currently only giving +5% per level

Reproduction Steps

1. Train in The Empty Mind rank 1, 2, or 3
2. Use the RA
3. Observe a +5% bonus per rank under character resists instead of the intended +10% bonus

Intended Behavior

The Empty Mind should give the intended +10% per rank
