Description

Cost of The Empty Mind RA is too high, currently; 6, 10, 14 points but should be 3, 6, 10 instead

Reproduction Steps

1. Open trainer window
2. Move slider for The Empty Mind
3. See cost

Intended Behavior

Reduce cost of the ability to 3, 6, 10 according to 1.65 patch notes
