Description

Sever does not work correctly vs minstrel. The connection between minstrel and pet is a song pulse. This is unique compared to all other classes with pets. The pet should turn on the minstrel until the minstrel drops his charm. Once the minstrel drops charm, the pet should be cleared of StT.

Reproduction Steps

1. create minstrel and menta
2. cast StT on minstrel pet
3. see that the pet never drops StT after charm ends

Intended Behavior

StT should work normally against a minstrel until the minstrel drops charm of the pet. It does not matter how the charm drops(release button, out of range, end of song pulse duration etc etc). When the minstrel drops charm the pet will be cleared of StT and will return to normal behavior.

Evidence

https://forums.freddyshouse.com/threads/realm-abilities-for-ments-severing-the-tether.117575/:

StT works as it should do against Sorcerors, Spiritmasters, Cabalists and if you time it right you can turn several Theurgist pets against them. There are still problems with Minstrels as their charm is pulse based and they will recharm the mob next pulse. With Bonedancers I believe only the commander pet will attack it's owner but all the other pets die so it's still very useful against them. StT cannot be used against Necromancers.

Ok, let me get this straight. Mythic finally took out Sever the Tether. Maybe they realized that it's use was far to situational for the class that got it. It was an AOE also, although it didn't have quite the same radius. So, now they turn around and give effectively the same thing to the one petclass that was immune to STT in the past? WTF?
