above Quest is not implemented.

Reproduction Steps

1. Create a Pala/Arms/Merc/Minst/Scout or Infi with lvl 13+
2. Move to Gaevin Sebryn in Cam or to Aonghas Prirerd in Campa( good luck hes agro)
3. Try to get the Quest from the Npc

Intended Behavior

The Quest should exist in 1.65 like u can see in the link
