The above Quest is missing / not given from NPC Eiddin Walelden:

Reproduction Steps

1. become a Pala or Cleric 16+
2. Move to Cear Ulf in Campa
3. Try to get the Quest from Eiddin Waldelden

Intended Behavior

the Quest should be availible at this Patch.......
