Description

The Quest is not given from NPC.

Reproduction Steps

1. create a casterclass Level 16 or higher
2. ride to camps/lethantis
3. talk to Mairi Ralilden and try get the quest

Intended Behavior

the quest should be availible at patch 1.65, pls add the missing quest
