2699: [Alb] Exquisite Avernal Malison Rapier wrong skin

Description

The Exquisite Avernal Malison Rapier from the df diamond merchant has the wrong skin. In 1.65 or even now it has a pink glow effect.

On uthgard it has a yellow blue flame.

I used it for the skin with my scout in the battlegrounds so i can confirm and allakahazam also shows the right skin.

Reproduction Steps

1. Buy the rapier
2. Equip
3. Draw weapon and check the skin

Intended Behavior

The rapier should get the right pink glow effect.
