2720: Houses fro Lough derg east

Description

At least 2 routes from lough derg east farm are bugged becouse the horse is moving too slowly

Reproduction Steps

1. go to lough derg east
2. take a horse to mag mell or druin cain
3. loose 5 years waiting to arrive at destination :)

Intended Behavior

speed up the horses as the other routes, going by foot is just faster at the moment
(anche cheaper!)
