Some Stable Masters in Albion housing are issuing horses that move at a slow trot. Thus far I've found that: All brown horses move normally. All black horses move too slowly. Thus far: All tickets (paths) issued by a Stable Master are either affected or normal. For example, Caerwent Market's Stable Master is unaffected and all horses are brown and move at normal speeds. Rilan Market's Stable Master is affected and all horses are black and move at slow speeds (regardless of which ticket is picked).
So far I've found that Rilan Market's Stable Master and Dalton Market's Stable Master ARE affected.
Entrance Stable Master and Caerwent Market Stable Master are NOT affected.
(Please send me a private message if you would like me to continue testing every possible Stable Master as it will take a lot of time. It is likely that many other Stable Masters are bugged in this manner within Albion housing.)
1. Travel to affected Stable Master in Albion housing (Dalton or Rilan... possibly several others)
2. Purchase any ticket and drop it on the Stable Master.
3. Note that horses are black and are affected by speed bug.
Horses should begin moving at 100% normal speed instead of 15%. (Not sure what the exact issue behind this is...)
Not sure how to post a video, but I don't think this particular issue requires further proof as it is immediately recognizable when reproduced that the horse's behavior (speed) is not functioning properly.
