The Stable Master, Algaurs, at Brisworthy Market in Albion housing, will not accept the Ticket to Stoneleigh Market. When dropping the ticket on him, he says "My horse doesn't know the way to Stoneleigh Market yet." After this, he becomes unresponsive to any purchased ticket that is dropped on him. To use another ticket the player must relog. Relogging does not change the outcome of the initial bug but allows player to use other available tickets as normal.
1. Travel to Brisworthy Market and purchase a ticket to Stoneleigh Market from Algaurs the Stable Master.
2. Drop ticket to Stoneleigh Market on Algaurs.
3. Observe the pop-up menu where Algaurs says, "My horse doesn't know the way to Stoneleigh Market yet."
4. Purchase any other ticket from Algaurs and drop it on him.
5. Note that he will no longer accept any of the tickets he provides.
The horse from Brisworthy Market to Stoneleigh Market should work when the Ticket to Stoneleigh Market is dropped on Algaurs the Stable Master. I believe fixing this will fix the bug that makes all other paths unavailable when Algaurs rejects the initial bugged ticket.
