I bought a lot and put my Villa deed on it. I entered the house and enabled hookpoints. When I opend the buy menu to buy a teleporter, every item displayed in the merchant window is displayd grey, as not being able to use the item. I can buy the item, and place it, but it still tells me every time and again, that I cannot use the item. This happens for all housing related items. Not sure if that is supposed to be but its annoying.
1. Enter housing zone
2. enable hookpoints
3. Purchase an NPC or other item such as a vault, bindstone, outside exterior etc.
4. Check if the item is displayed as grey and provides feedback that you cannot use the item, if you buy it.
I think that if you are the owner of the house and want to buy a Merchant for one of your hookpoints, or an interior/exterior item - the items should be listed as white / useable.
Related to other similar purchasing mechanics in the game. This seems to be a wrong display.
