Dagger Lisreen cant be found in the slaver´s camp.
1. just start the Quest, get the heart from the ebony fellwood and move to slaver´s camp in Sailsbury plains

Players shound be able to find the dagger there, its needed for the epic quest line. Maybe change the camp into a certainm Mob...
