2743: Armor Lvl Restriction Armsman Wrong, > Plate at lvl 5

Description

Startet a new Class ( Fighter ) which can only use Studded Armor at lvl 5 but i can wear the Plate Free Armor which shouldnt be possible.

Reproduction Steps

1. Create an Fighter lvl 5
2. Buy Plate Armor
3. Took on the Plate on the character

Intended Behavior

Armor Restriction is Wrong, in the Info Field for the Character is Clearly written Studded Armor only so u shouldnt be Able to Wear plate at this lvl/time.
the correct lvl for this would be 15 for Armsman and 20 for Paladin
