As Healer you get a "Hinder Spirit Cast" with Pac 2.
Now you can "pull" mobs with it, but nothing happens.
Mobs get this hinder spirit, but nothing happens!
1. Is cast enouth powerfull to take effect?
2. Is it´s only lvling or is there any digital ?
3.
No Healer, and so on no Healer-Orientated Class is
in the way lvl as solo, or solo with hard conditions!
Dont have one,
If i pull a mob with hinder spirit, the mobs gets it but take no effekt!
