When you use the realm ability "perfect recovery" on a dead body which is not in view, the ability gets used and set on 30min timer.
1. Make a Healer
2. Get perfect recovery RA
3. Find a dead guy, hide behind a wall and use the RA.
This RA should only fire when the target is in view of the healer and actually has an effect then (just like a single Instant heal for example)
Countless other instant target based spells, that dont get fired when u actually cant see ur target (insta cc, insta heal, insta debuff etc.)
