Description

There are several issues with the Connla starting area. (Shannon Estuary).

1. Mob assigned for kill tasks do not exist OR only 1 of said mob exists and when you kill it the respawn timer is too long so no mobs exist for said kill task.
2. Several mobs are not attackable.
3. Quest Icons show up from all class trainers at level 1, even tho only your own trainer has a quest to offer.
4. Check respawn timers on mobs; seems too long for some mobs, not all.
5. Check the kill task list to ensure the mobs exist in the area.

Reproduction Steps

1. Start a character at connla
2. Get a kill task for mobs that don't exist (only having 1 mob in the area is the same as it not being there) or are un attackable.
3. Rage
4. Fix bugs.

Intended Behavior

Fix spawn rates
Fix camp spawn numbers
Fix Z-axis issue.

Evidence

Mobs that are assigned for kill tasks by the guards should be plentiful, which is the reason they need to be killed. There would be no reason to kill endangered animals in the area.
