When hopping on a mount from the Parth Farm to Innis Carthaig. The mount ends up walking from Innis Carthaig to Mag Mell walking. If you target the mount, you will see that it is at 1 hit point and can not run at full speed.
Unsure if this is the only route but have heard that it happens from any horse taken from the Parth Farm.

1. Go to Parth Farm in East Lough Derg
2. Purchase a ticket to Innis Carthaig from the Merchant
3. Select mount after character has mounted it and while the horse is walking.
The mount should never be at 1 hit point and always at 100.
This has happened to multiple people in my guild and been reported. However this is the first time we have been able to get proof.
