I've leveled 1 - 5 at least 20 times so far since beta launch and mobs in the PK area have gotten worse

I am worried new players will encounter this and immediately quit playing because of how bad of an experience this can be.
1. Try to kill any mob around pk on a hill
2. Notice you can't hit them

There has been an issue with mobs on hills since the beginning on beta but it seems to have gotten worse than before. You can watch the video and see how it is now.
