2793: NPC <Dye merchant> missing outside of tnn east (magmel side)

Description

I clearly remember there was some sort of npc i would sell loot to back on live and sometimes even get my first leather dye!

That npc is supposed to be Norrik and should stand next of the healer- and enchanter-npc.

Reproduction Steps

1. Go hib, run to tnn east
2. Check if you find Norrik.
3. NOrrik :(

Intended Behavior

Make the tnn-east npcfamiliy complete !

Evidence

Norrik is shown on that list from 2003, which is way older than the info given on daoc zam for norrik(2005ish).
