For a while(on uth1 too) i was wondering why and how do i get 1 rp at lvl20 without ever being to rvr on that toon.
Sure its very unimportant but maybe its an easy 10sec to fix, if not, not :D
The 1L1 gift at level 20 shouldn´t give your toon 1rp.
1. Log on uth, get lvl20
2. Log on live, get lvl20
3. Compare now with old sources
Fix if easy to do. .
