Chopper Trainee and Master Chopper mobs only walk when aggro'd.
The Speed is so slow you could exploit this with killing them far faster than they would ever reach you. This does not affect the other Chopper mobs such as Norseman Chopper and Chopper Veteran.
1. Go to emain loc 55816 2644
2. aggro these mobs
3. Run around and see how slow they move.
They should have the speed as any other mob in the game.
No other mobs move this slow. It's able to be exploited with ranged dps.
