2826: Leatherworking(x75) - Saddlebags wrong weight

Description

refering to issue 2678 and 2812: saddlebags have wrong weight of 4.0lbs instead of 0.4lbs.

tested all materials : all have the same issue

all other materials on all 3 other receips seem ok

Reproduction Steps

1. craft briddle, scabbard, ridding crop
2. craft saddlebag
3. look at weight

Intended Behavior

please fix the weight of saddlebags to 0.4 lbs for all material levels
