Uthgard lacks "Crafting Quests", do not confuse with a "Crafting Task".
1. Speak to Crafting Trainer upon 500+ Skill.
2. Notice the Trainer has no Quests to offer.
3. ???
4. No Profit.
Implement Quest. Acquire appropriate dialogs by any means necessary.
Patch Note provided above that mentions the implementation of Craft Quests.
