A Necro can NOT resummon a pet after his first pet summon is released via zoning/death/command.
The Necro must /quit the game and log back in in order to summon a pet.
1. Roll a necro
2. Summon a pet
3. Have the pet die or release pet
4. Attempt to summon a new pet
5. Fail
A new Necro pet should be able to be summoned if there is not a current pet in control at the time.
Necros should be able to summon pets without having to relog every time.
