2862: Albion fighter starter class shouldn't have medium shield

Description

beginning a starting fighter to test beginners quests on albion, i found that my highlander fighter had the Medium shield ability which is incorrect : you should gain the medium shield ability at lvl 5 when speccing to your advanced class

Reproduction Steps

1. create an albion fighter
2. check your competence character sheet
3. notice "medium shield" that should small

Intended Behavior

make that albion fighter begin with small shields until they choose their advanced class (armsman, paladin, mercenary) and get their medium shield ability at lvl 5
