When checking the insta dps-debuffs of the lightpath "Dazzling <X>" there is something weird about them.
Its the only insta-debuff spelltype on hib left after 1.62 that could rupt players in rvr. They do rupt on uth.
But for some reason it doesnt set the enemy into combatmode, too.!
You could debuff a skald or minstrel and he will keep speedsong all day.
But doesnt rupt always mean you are set to combat?!:)
1. Log an enchanter, duel/fight against a bard or any speedclass
2. Use "Dazzling <x>" to break enemies speed!
3. not possible:P
Adjust dazzling to rupt and set enemy into combatflag proberbly.
Forgot to record. will add it to comments later, sry!
