When i was roaming around cf and searching for "Bricriu Nemthenga" i wasn´t able to find him, ever.
But since his lootdrop got increased in patch 1.64 he must've exist !
Daoc zam is not big help, except for the look and loot of the mob. First time mentioned in 2005

There only is 1 map that gives a little clue where this mob should be and thats the prima guide map of cf!
1. Go hib
2. Go into cursed forest
3. Visit goodol' "Bicriu Nemthenga"
4. or not
Add "Bicriu Nemthenga" and the items he should drop!

I know its showing a different name but the mob shown in that map was moved to SI for reasons

Looks like they replaced Bric for Cichol in cf. Both have humanoid-mobtype and even the same model afaik.
