I charmed this pest to compare how well it healed to the Devout Filidh and I could not get it to heal me on passive when I was under 50%.
1. Charm pet
2. Drop hp below 50%
3. Notice that you do not get healed.

In 2002 this guy said the mob healed
" I have a level 8 armsman,and can easily kill yellows.These guys on the other hand are a diferent story.I attacked one and almost had it killed.Then he healed,and well lets say it didn't end well for me. "

This mob was able to heal on Uth 1.0 so somebody had to go and change it or it is bugged.
