Some items are not stacking when they should be. Ancient Giant Blood, Ancient Troll Blood, Ancient Pure Mercury, Ancient Crushed Focus Stone, Ancient Mirror.
Sometimes they seem to stack, sometimes not. After a recent test session I would have for example 2 Ancient Giant blood in one slot, 1 in another, and 1 in yet another. (same for all 6 alch ingredients I would guess)
1. Kill stuff that drops these items (i was on wights in barrows)
2. Notice sometimes they will stack, sometimes they will not
3. drag onto each other to stack them
when you loot them they should stack, you should not have to manually do it.
It has stacked all through beta until recently. I'm thinking this is a pretty obvious one but am filling this out as required by the evil red text staring at me.
