i can't reopen the Tracker 2928, thats why i made a new one.
i tested a bit the mastery of arcana RA (MoA)
it says, each level will give you 3% better buffs. (3%, 6%, 9%, 12%, 15%)
i tested it on my druid with 40 in nurture with the spec buffs, dex/qui (61 value) and str/con (55 value). both gave me a flat value without of an influence of + nurture.
the calculated starting value with MoA 0 should be:
dex/qui: 61 x 1.25 = 76,25
str/con: 55 x 1.25 = 68,75
the ingame value where:
dex/qui: 76
str/con: 68
now i tested it with MoA 5
should be:
dex/qui: 61 x 1.25 x 1,15 = 87,68
str/con: 55 x 1,25 x 1,15 = 79,06
but the ingame value where:
dex/qui: 85
str/con: 77
the value of both buffs is under the 93 hard cap, but i am still missing 2 pts on both buffs.
this was the most obvious part. after this i tested MoA 1-4:
calculated:
MoA: 1 2 3 4
dex/qui: 78,5 80,8 83,1 85,4
str/con: 70,8 72,9 74,9 77
ingame:
MoA: 1 2 3 4
dex/qui: 78 79 81 83
str/con: 70 72 73 75
i think you have to recheck this RA because some numbers are wrong, on server calculation or on the display of the buffs ingame.
1. take a druid with starting RR5
2. train Mastery of Arcane 5
3. buff yourself with the yellow spec buffs and recalculate the bonus stats.
something is wrong in the formula of the calculation for Mastery of arcane.
the only proof i have is math ;)
for specbuffs:
buffbasevalue x 1,25 = value of the stat enhance you get.
and the Mastery of Arcane info.
Each level of Mastery of Arcane will be 3% better buffs.
