The item "Protector's Cloak" (reward for Hero epic quest level 11) in its present state has the item level 12.
This is wrong because it is supposed to have item level 13.
1. Level a Hero to at least level 11
2. Finish all Hero epic quests available
3. Notice that the quest reward "Protector's cloak" has item level 12
The item level of "Protector's Cloak" must be changed to level 13.
