So far have killed "Scum" 12 times and has only dropped an item once. im sure its supposed to drop 1 item every time from its various loot table. popular mob for lvl 8 items, the issue was always getting the item u wanted not hoping it dropped anything at all.
1. Find Scum /loc 24629, 14418
2. Kill it
3. where my loot?
change its drop value so it always drops an item from its loot table
