Having static bubble up does not affect the mana usage of bubble song (runic wall, red bubble), you still drain your mana senseless, even though the bubbles are not used, even when you are solo running around, your mana will be drained to zero.
1. cast static bubble on yourself
2. cast runic wall (red bubble song)
3. run around and see your mana drain
mana should not be drained as much when bubble is not being used.
