Everytime that my paladin dies, 'chants' spells get bugged (all of them but the Endurance Chant) and have a random recasting time of 30 mins or 1 hour until I can use them again.
1. Log in an use your chats and you would normally do
2. Get kill by any random mob
3. Watch what happens to Chants
I'm not a professional in that field but i believe it has to deal with some code conflict.
