The lvl 2 Spell "Cry of the Dead" (Deathsight Mastery) Semms to use no Power at all. I#m not completely sure, due to current lag, but it drains Endurance, so it should drain power as Well. Other spells seem to drain power as they are supposed to.
1. Create a Necro lvl 5
2. Spec at least 2 Points in Deathsight Mastery
3. Fight any mob and use the "Cry of the Dead"-Spell.
4. Check Power bar.
Power should be drained if this spell is used. According to the Tooltip, Power cost is 1. At lvl 5 this should be noticeable in the Power bar.
No real evidence except the fact that spells are supposed to use the required amout of Power.
