Description

The NPC "Ottar" is missing from Jordheim. It should be there according to the following map from 2003:

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to Jordheim from Mularn
2. Enter first building to the right
3. See no Ottar NPC

Intended Behavior

Re-add Ottar NPC to the first building to the right in Jordheim when entering from Mularn.
