At the end of the first part of the Armsman Epic Quest, you are to go to Captain Ryder to turn in the Recommendation scroll in Humberton. After that is done, he gives you a pair of Sleeves called Armsman Sleeves, which is Chain. It says I receieved the "Armsman Sleeves" but never actually did as nothing is in my inventory. This is a issue because I did not receive what it claimed to of given to me and obviously this could happen to others.
1. Actually have it go into the person's inventory
2. Check out the actually NPC

As soon as you read what the issue is, you guys should beable to figure out what I am saying and beable to fix it. I wouldn't know how to explain to fix something like this.
I cannot produce a screenshot because I am playing on my laptop. I apologize for the inconvienance of not being able too.
