My FG killed Salix. We all met the level requirement (13) but only one group member got the OTD drop item (Willow Heart gem).
1. Go to Salix in Myrkwood Forest while not solo.
2. Kill Salix
3. Only one person should get the benefit of the drop.
Each party member should get the drop. It should not be limited to one person.
I personally experienced this. I have also completed numerous other one time drop quests (Great Worg, Trolki, Tas) and the quest reward went to every player in the group.
