3034: Petrified Staff of Destruction has wrong stats

Description

Petrified Staff of Destruction only has 4% Cold resist.
Could be that the Bainshee version of the staff is dropping without the Banshee bonuses

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to Cruachan Gorge (52k, 32k)
2. Kill Irewood Greenbark till Staff drops
3. Compare Staff with Webarchive version

Intended Behavior

Should be a Void-focus staff with
Magical Bonuses:
Void Mastery: +3 pts
Way of the Sun: +2 pts
Cold Resist: 4%
Focus Bonuses:
Void Mastery: +40 lvls

In Case that the Banshee version is dropping it should be removed
