The level 20 necromancer reward of the quest "Path of the Renegade" (Level 20 epic) has the wrong item skin.
1. Get the staff and verify its skin (standard staff skin)

3. check https://web.archive.org/web/20031009081243/http://camelot.allakhazam.com/item.html?citem=5218 and take a look at the screenshot. it clearly shows the typical necromancer staff skin (small claw at the end)
