Tonight I completed the Quest.
Step #1: I talked to Ciar
Step #2: Then talked to Lucan
Step #3: I did Lucans side quest by killing Ciar; received quest item
Step #4: I moved to Torrance (Daingean Watch Tower at Shannon Extary)
=> Quest finished; no reward
BUT Quest is shown in Journey "as ongoing" although Quest Tracker the quest disappeared. I received no reward. My next visit at TNN at Daran (Druid trainer) I received the quest aggain with 1st step.
1. Follow Quest Log like described ingame / just try to complete the quest

Quest should work properly. Following quest should appear; in order to achieve full Epic Quest step
I cannot proof that I did the quest because the quest starts again at step #1 :(
