Step2 Seek out Elrigh. This NPC should be found upstairs in Snowdonia Station, but he isn't. Waiting for a hole ingame day
1.Doing the Quest Rebillion Accepted.
2.Finishing first Step
3.Looking for Elrigh for Step2
Let Elrigh spawn quicker or let him always be activate, not traveling
