Quest Sunken cargo in Cotswold (Alb), after obtaining the apple brandy the NPC Cullen Smyth will not take the cask of apple brandy to complete the quest.
1. Do the quest from Cullen Smyth. Go kill the NPC Sepucoth and get the brandy then try to hand it in to Cullen.

Make it so handing in the cask of apple brandy finishes the quest and reward is given.
Did the quest with another realm mate and he had the same problem.
