The Seer spell Guardian's Lesser Ward doesn't give the Armor Factory bonus.
1. Target your character
2. Note your Armor Factory value in the Character Sheet
3. Cast the spell
4. Check again your Armor Factory value; it's unchanged
The spell, obviously, should give a boost to the armor factory, consistent with the formula.
I checked that wans't a simply interface bug letting a mob hitting me several times with and without the buff on my character.
The damage my character suffered was exactly the same.
