3101: I found out that quests cannot be removed from the journal

Description

I cannot remove a quest from my journal, When I click accept nothing happens

Reproduction Steps

1. Gain a quest
2. try to remove quest
3. ...profit?

Intended Behavior

You should make quests be able to be removed, not a huge deal at the moment though

Evidence

Im just assuming its broken, seems like a feature that should work ect..
