3114: Black Orm Shield (Mid) looses Dura when block

Description

I just discovered, that my scaled Black Orm Shield looses Condition just by blocking monsters - no shield styles used.
Block shouldn't decrease condition of shields.

Reproduction Steps

1. get Black Orm shield from Black Orms in Vanern Swamp (large Warrior)
2. block several monsters
3. see condition goes down

Intended Behavior

Block shouldn't decrease condition of shields, only shield styles.

Evidence

You can only reproduce it by blocking mobs, dont know how a screen could help here.
