The tomte lookout (around level 13-14) killed my 11 berserker with a single strike. Looking at the combat log, it attacked 6 times in one swing. (see screenshot, top chat box on the left)
1. Use a Midgard character around level 11, travel to Nisse's Lair in East Svealand
2. From entrance continue straight and down the hallways for a bit til you find Tomte Lookout monster
3. Fight it!
Mobs should strike once per swing, or maybe twice for special mobs.
I unfortunately don't have a combat log of fighting these on live or another classic server, but perhaps other nearby Tomte's can give an idea of how many times they should strike with one swing.
