NPC's both good and evil disappear and re-appear sporadically. I can't be fighting an NPC and it will disappear and then re-appear. I've asked around in my guild and it seems to be wide spread through Midgard at least. I'm currently in West Svealand.
1. Run around town and watch as NPCs disappear and re-appear
